Cloisters Physiotherapy is one of the physiotherapy providers to whom Warwickshire Fire & Rescue Service have been referring personnel for a number of years. Their team of highly professional physiotherapists provide our personnel with a first rate service enabling recovery and return to work. Access to services such as this is one of the key factors in helping to reduce sickness absence and maintain the health of all personnel, particularly those who attend operational incidents. The feedback I get from those who have used the service is 100% positive.

“The atmosphere at The Cloisters is relaxed yet both friendly and professional. The staff are very personable and approachable tailoring the treatment to the specific needs of the patient, providing information readily to any queries and offering appropriate advice on further support. There is never any pressure to have further treatment and the patient is free to choose on the course and time of treatment.”

“From when I first contacted The Cloisters by telephone their response was of the highest standard. I liked the complete and utter honesty with the shoulder problem I had.”

“Treatment helped my sciatic problem so I was able to enjoy my family holiday – what a joy to be without pain for a while!”

“I made good progress under the therapist. However my recovery is expected to take a long time and it is not known how fully I will recover. I felt the therapist got me off to a very good start and I am now continuing the longer term treatment under the NHS.”

“My treatment required medical intervention but her diagnoses was sound”

“I was able to get appointments that didn’t take me out of work excessively.”

“All the staff are helpful and I think the receptionists are the back bone, they appear to balance all the balls in the air, and from my perspective they were very good and polite I rate them very highly.”

“Definitely would recommend.”

“I would recommend you to others without any hesitation. Your treatment has enable me to have a new lease of life. I have lost weight and started exercising now, and none of this would be possible without the treatment from yourselves.”

“I have recommended your services to several friends and all have been very impressed.”

“My condition was improved by the treatment but not cured and the physio had already put a plan in place to refer me on to see a consultant if after a certain length of time it was not cured. I welcomed this approach which gave me confidence that the Cloisters would not keep on with a treatment which was only partially effective.”

“The treatment I received was fantastic and really sorted out my pain effectively. Thank you.”

“Once upon a time there was a suggested that Leamington Cricket Club should stage a match between sides of players who had been successfully treated by The Cloister and those who had not (yet). The idea was scrapped because it was feared that the ‘had nots’ would not be able to raise a side.”

“Always excellent treatment and customer service.”

“Thank you Cloisters, The thing I appreciated most was the time the therapist had to see me. She was comforting, reassuring and the treatment was effective.”
