does your pelvic floor let you down?

Do you suffer with continence problems?

Weakness of the pelvic floor is very common after having children or going through gynaecological problems but also just as a result of getting a bit older.

In fact even young fit women can sometimes have these PROBLEMS;
particularly if they are involved in sport
.

If you find yourself ‘leaking’ when you cough, sneeze or laugh,
or you cannot always hold on until you reach the toilet
,
it may be that your pelvic floor muscles are not working as well as they should

In many cases this can be improved by working on a regime of specific
exercises,
As the pelvic floor muscles work internally it is difficult to be sure you are
performing the exercises correctly without individual assessment.

we offer a fully confidential assessment, with gentle exmination to achieve an individually designed treatment programme
