I am a Relate Qualified Practitioner specializing in Relationship and Couple Counselling. I have also had 6 years experience of working in a Community Mental Health Resource Centre as a Community Psychiatric Occupational Therapist and worked in Worcester as a part of their Community Drugs Team as a drug counsellor.

I view relationships as a 'psychological container' for emotions, sexual intimacy and non-sexual intimacy and in my practice use both theory and creative techniques to enable clients to move forward in the creation of new and different relationships. I work within the BACP code of Ethical Framework for Good Practice and also I am a BACP Accredited UKRCP counsellor.
