Tennis is a repetitive and asymmetrical sport. Consequently there can be a lot of repeated stress on certain parts of the body, which can over load the soft tissue – pain tends to develop slowly over a matter of days/weeks and this can then become debilitating.

Anna, a keen runner, came to the clinic with a long history of minor injuries affecting her right leg. The injuries were taking her out of running for up to several months at a time.
